A small ₹19 flat fee to find a match, plus a small platform fee on the savings — paid in-app through the built-in wallet. You still pay the store directly for your shopping, exactly as usual; KARTPULL never touches your cart payment.

Today KARTPULL works with spend-threshold offers — "Buy ₹X, get Y% off," either across the store or within a brand. Item-based offers like "Buy 2, Get 2" are on the roadmap, and they'll pair you with a shopper who wants a similar basket so each of you walks away with your own complete set.

Only as much as you want. Matching is anonymous — your phone number and email are masked in chat. You can tap quick-reply templates or type a quick message, just enough to coordinate where and when to bill together.

When you match, you head to the counter together and check out as one combined bill so the total clears the offer threshold. Afterwards you confirm in the app by uploading the receipt. KARTPULL never changes pricing or processes your shopping payment.

No — and that's the whole point. A threshold offer only triggers on a single transaction that crosses the threshold, so two separate bills would each fall short and neither would qualify. Ringing both carts as one combined bill is exactly what unlocks the deal — and you can still split the payment.

No. Your two carts are rung as one combined bill so the offer unlocks, but you can each pay your own share — most counters split the payment across two cards or UPI. You share the transaction, not your wallet.

This only happens in one situation — when there isn't a single other shopper in the store whose cart can complete your offer. Normally we only propose a match once your combined carts already clear the threshold, so it rarely comes up. When no one is a perfect fit, we pair you with the closest match and notify you both to either top up by a little together, or wait a few minutes for a better-matching shopper to check in.

Returns are handled by the store, exactly like any purchase — usually as an exchange or store credit. Because you're swapping an item rather than taking money out, the bill stays above the offer threshold, so your match and their discount are never affected. Pay for your own items separately at the counter and any exchange stays between you and the store.
